• “MartXpress” refers to the eCommerce platform and its managing company, Shingose Technologies.

3. Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Accurate personal details must be provided upon registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
• Selling counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
• Vendors agree to honor MartXpress’s return, refund, and delivery policies.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping and payment details.
• Buyers agree not to engage in fraudulent activity.
• Order cancellations and returns must comply with the Return Policy.

6. Payment and Fees

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Vendors are paid out weekly or monthly, minus applicable fees.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary by location and courier service.
• MartXpress partners with reliable logistics companies for nationwide delivery.
• Delays due to third-party couriers are not the responsibility of MartXpress.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Certain items (e.g., perishables, personal care items) may not be returnable.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and verified.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Hack, abuse, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
• Sell used, counterfeit, or dangerous items.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MartXpress and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Amendments

MartXpress reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use will signify acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
