1. Seller Eligibility
• Sellers must be at least 18 years old or a registered legal business.
• Sellers must provide accurate business and contact information during
registration.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax and
consumer laws.
2. Product Listings
• All products must be accurately described and categorized.
• Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
• Used, expired, or damaged goods are not allowed.
• Listings must include clear images, pricing, and detailed descriptions.
3. Order Fulfillment
• Sellers are required to ship products within the timeframe specified in the
product listing.
• Tracking information must be provided where applicable.
• Sellers must maintain a high standard of packaging and shipping practices.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Sellers must comply with the platform's return policy.
• In case of disputes, the platform may intervene and make final decisions on
refunds.
5. Account Conduct
• Sellers must act professionally, respectfully, and in good faith.
• Sellers must not attempt to conduct transactions outside the platform.
• Repeated late deliveries, order cancellations, or customer complaints may
result in account suspension.
6. Termination
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for
violations of this policy without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
• Sellers may not use copyrighted material without permission.
• By uploading content, the seller grants the platform a license to use such
content for marketing and operational purposes.
